We deliver a high level of customer service throughout the design and construction phase, liaising regularly with our clients on construction progress, material selection and timelines. 

Unlike most other developments in Bali, there are no management fees.  However, through our sister company Bali Vacation Properties, we can offer optional villa management services to ensure villas are well maintained and staff trained as well as the possibility of rentals for clients looking to make some income during the weeks or months of the year that they are not in Bali.  More information can be obtained from www.bali-properties.com.

Our villas come unfurnished as some clients either already have furnishings or wish to decorate their own villas in their own particular style.  However, we do offer a full furnishing service as some clients just do not have the time.
